Philip J. Jackson, dba Jackson & Jackson, is self-employed full time as an independent fee appraiser, and is a native of Wheeling, where he has been appraising property since 1990. He holds BA and MS degrees from Washington & Jefferson College and West Virginia University and is affiliated with the Appraisal Institute (AI), the Foundation of Real Estate Appraisers (FREA) and the Wheeling Board of Realtors.

He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser licensed in West Virginia and Ohio which means he is licensed by these states to appraise any and all types of property. Kimberly Balgo-Jones is a full time independent free appraiser and a native of Wheeling, where she has been appraising since 1996. She holds a BA from West Virginia University and is Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in West Virginia and Ohio. Kim has seven years experience appraising and two years selling real estate.

She is an approved appraiser with all local lenders and specializes in appraisals of single family residential real estate. Kim primarily concentrates on the Wheeling/Ohio County market but also accepts assignments in Marshall County, WV and Belmont County, OH. She is also available for consulting assignments and pre-listing or marketing appraisals.

Paula Paetzold, dba Paetzold Appraisals, is a full time independent fee appraiser and is also active in real estate sales. She is a native of Wheeling and has been appraising here since 1992. Prior to returning to Wheeling she was a staff appraiser with MortgageCo in California. She is a Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and is also a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in West Virginia with twelve years experience in appraising and seven years experience in sales. Her sales experience gives her a definite "edge" in appraising properties for market value.
